Mom!

Just wanted to thank you Mom for all you do! I also didn't want to make a point of it on Mother's Day only because Mom, you serve my family all year long! I am most grateful for your nagging persistence on my lost condition in the year 2000. I remember one of the final straws God used in drawing me unto Himself. He used you to show me my sin was disgusting before Him and He wasn't going to allow me to have my feet in both worlds any longer. I praise Him for you and for that day. Thanks for your love and prayers for my family. Thanks for always being willing to serve us and care for us continually You are a blessing! Love you!!!

You Missed Your Calling

Seriously, you missed your calling. Who can make a loaf of bread like this?! It is the most giant loaf of bread I ever did see! It is too beautiful to eat! So shiny and gargantuan! I wish I had a breakfast potluck to go to. I had to cut it in half and freeze half. Ridiculous! It looks like what they serve at the table of a king. Thanks! I had a morsel of it already. I can't wait to have a giant wedge doused in butter tomorrow morning! Yum! Thanks Mom!

This is my moms windowsill in her house. See all that "stuff" up there? Nobody knows what it is. I say it's all the "extras" she puts in the recipes no soul can ever remake. Yeah she makes excuses that she doesn't know recipes or she always does things different. Sure Mom. Now we all know. It's in the windowsill.
*Please note: the candles have nothing to do with witchcraft, voodoo, or the like....I also do not know what's in the green bowl but I'm sure it's another important ingredient fermenting. The knife is a scare tactic I'm pretty sure. Don't touch!
