Grammy Wendy made this yummy chicken dish the other night before we went out Trick-or Treating. Try it out!
5-6 chx breasts (You can use frozen, boiled and diced)
6 oz sour cream
2 cans cream of chx soup or cream of mushroom
1-2 rows of crackers (butter flavored like Club)
2 sticks butter (you can use 1 if you like-she did)
Preheat oven to 350
Cook chx breasts- cut up into small pieces. Combine sour cream and soup together. Mix chicken into this mixture. Place into a 9x13 pan.
Melt butter-crush approximately 1 1/2 rows of crackers. Add crackers to melted butter-you can add more crackers as needed to soak up the butter. Place cracker mixture over the chx mixture.
Bake approximately one hour
