Snowday

Serious! More snow than I've seen in a LONG time! Like 2 feet! Super fun to drive in! Where should we go?! This picture barely scratches the surface of what it is really like outside right now. Blizzard-like conditions! Blowing, snowing-HARD! Driving is like insanity! It's awesome! I am NOT, however, going to be happy when it is -30 tonight!

Blonde at Football Game

A guy decides to bring his new blonde girlfriend to a football game. After the game is over, he asks her if she liked the game.

She replies: "Oh it was great, I loved watching those men in tight clothes, but there is one thing I don't understand."

"What did you not understand ?"

And the blonde says: "Well, at the begginning of the game, both teams flipped a quarter to see who would kick off first. Then the rest of the game everybody was yelling get the quarter back, get the quarter back, get the quarter back. So I thought to myself, gosh it's just a quarter!"

Cheese Puffs

These tender little savory puffs are a tasty addition to your party menu. They are quick and easy to make and can be served hot or cold.
1 cup water
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 2/3 cups shredded cheese.. cheddar and mozzarella, you can use any favorite blends of cheese
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
In a saucepan bring water, butter, salt and cayenne pepper to a boil.
Add flour all at once, stirring until a ball forms, remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition until mixture is smooth.
Stir in cheese and dijon mustard.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls on parchment lined baking sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake at 425º for 20 minutes or until golden in color.
Yield: 3 dozen

My Best Friend

Isn't this so cute?! Levi writes about his best friend Ben! So fun! In case you cannot see it it says:
My best friend is Ben A. Twohy. We love to play cops and robbers and his brother Jaye loves to play rough. We also love to play Zoo Tycoon. He has brown hair and blue eyes and he has a lot of legos. He has king and castle stuff and he has a lot of toys. He is a good Christian and he loves God. Im very happy to have a good friend like him. I saved his life twice. The first time I saved him from suffocating underwater. I pulled him out of the water. I loved Ben so much we became best friends.

Blueboy/girl

I gave Libs the bunny I used to have on my bed as a kid yesterday. I told her that I named him Blueboy when I was a kid. Why is it that all kids name their animals/toys/etc such boring names? Me included! Ya know, we name every dog we have Sparky and every cat we have Taz, right mom? Haha. Well, she was so happy when I gave her my prized stuffed animal that she turned him into a girl. It is the 21st century and very p.c. Ugh!
