Libs and I made chicken enchiladas the other day. She said if anyone said this meal was delicious she was going to say she knew it was because she made it.

Fun at Nic Universe

Libs and I had a great day today! It started with a little party with some of her old co-op pals which she had a blast at. Next on to the Mall of America where she challenged many rides at Nic Universe. We also walked all around the American Girl Doll Store which she loved. We then had her favorite mall food-"Panda Express." We finished off the day by seeing "Ramona and Beezus" which I'd highly recommend. It was a fabulous boyless day!

Go Twins!

Here's the guys at the Twins game. The guy you don't recognize is Charlie, a work friend of Pete's from the Netherlands. He was 6 ft 8! I actually felt short by him. The boys were rewarded these tickets by one of their bread customers. He thinks they are amazing little entrepreneurs and actually uses them as an example in his sales training classes!

Con"si"pated

Libs was in the bathroom the other day and Levi was trying to get in when he comes in the kitchen and says, "Mom, Liberty said shes con"si"pated." I said, "Constipated." He said, "What does that mean?" I told him and he said, "She knows that word?!"
Last night she was constipated and I guess she had been sharing the news with Gramma Wendy who sent her home this bag of flax seed. She comes to the dinner table with a super sad face and her bag of flax seed. "Mom, can you make me some? I want to go." It was so cute!
